Job Location : Pune
Salary : Not Constraint for the Right Candidate.
Experience Required : 10-15 years of relevant work experience with at least 3-5 years of management experience preferred. Experience in transfer agency operations preferred.
Job Description :
- Directs an area consisting of multiple teams that are responsible for conducting transfer agency operations on behalf of a broad array of assigned clients.
- Responsible for the financial and human resources for the unit and ensures assigned teams are operating effectively to meet unit goals and objectives.
- Executes business plans and contributes to the development of functional strategy.
- Sets guidelines for in processing distributions, completion of NAV/Rate updates, fund audit fulfillment, gain and loss reporting, settlement, commissions, invoicing and financial payments.
- Promotes consistency across product areas.
- Sets quality standards for transfer agency operations teams and reviews quality metrics to ensure standards are met. Analyzes trends and develops processes to improve team performance.
