Years Of Experience : 10-14 years in IT Delivery/IT Consulting


Role Description :


Specific Responsibilities :

The person in this role will be responsible for developing perspective on the Media and Media-Tech Environment incl. competitive benchmarks across all Company's businesses, conduct trend analysis and develop market forecasts to identify threats and opportunities. Basis the threat/opportunity identification the individual will need to develop and implement mitigation plans and identify and execute pilot projects to capture new opportunities in collaboration with the relevant business unit.

- Trend Analysis and forecasting

- Defining and Executing Pilot Projects

- Innovation

Personal characteristics / Behaviors :

- Analytical and Communication skills

- Should be able to work comfortably keeping tight deadlines in mind

- Strong Tech orientation

- Should be able to evolve and adapt to change in technology environment

- Should be good at stakeholder management and reporting

- Ability to think strategically about the future

Special skills :

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, strong academic performance is required

- Masters preferred

- Preferably comes from Media domain

- Flexible and responsive to changing business and market conditions
