Ideal Candidate:
Position : Head Telesales
Exp : 17yrs+
- You should have had prior sales & sales leadership experience, preferably TeleSales experience. Ideally one should have 10+ years of relevant work experience.
- Have led large teams (100+ member teams) across multiple lines of business, and have overseen multiple functions in your leadership role - operations, HR, finance, strategy, etc.
- You should have worked within e-commerce/digital economy for some part of your overall experience in a sales leadership position. It would be advantageous if you have an exposure to partnering with regional / global stakeholders.
- Must possess a good mix of strong operational expertise, strategic outlook, analytical and leadership skills.
- You should possess influential communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills to be successful in this role.
- You should have an entrepreneurial outlook and an ability to lead your team by example. Apart from that, you should have an experience of ensuring deliverables under short deadlines.
- You should have the drive to deliver above and beyond the call of duty and must possess a solution oriented and ambitious attitude.
- Proven and successful achievement of ambitious sales & business targets needs to have been demonstrated in prior role(s).
- Educational qualification of an academically rigorous MBA from a premier institute will be preferred.
