The Successful Candidate: - A candidate graduate/post graduate in B.E/ B.Tech/ MCA/ ME/ M.Tech from good B-schools with strong program management experience in product development working in High valued/Fast growing startups. - Ability to communicate effectively at all levels - from Developers to Business Poc's. - Proven experience in planning and project management; experience in managing Salesforce projects would be preferred. - Impeccable leadership qualities and good communication skills. - An aggressive candidate who's flexible to work in a fast pace work environment. - Multi-dimensional and growth hacker with strong sense of ownership for work.
