Director, Ad platform (Technical role) ROLE: As a Director, Ad Platform, you will play a key role in building, managing and propagating cutting-edge digital advertising solutions for organization. You would lead ad products development, be responsible for smooth ads operations, and also evangelize organization's ad products and audience insights with the advertisers. You will own, define and communicate the team's vision and goals with internal and external stakeholders. REQUIREMENTS: - 10-12 years of experience of working in ad tech domain, across product development, ads operations and audience analytics - Graduate/Post graduate engineer (mandatory) and MBA (preferred) with prior experience of working in B2C internet companies on ad tech side of business - Experience in online media, internet technologies, or Ad Tech-Programmatic Strategy and thorough understanding of GAM/Ad Operations - Extrovert and go getting attitude who takes pride in not only building product but also evangelizing it with external partners - Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leaders, and external partners - Experience with audio advertising, digital ad industry best practices and privacy regulation is highly desired - Hands on experience in full stack coding (Python, NodeJS, Airflow etc) RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead automation and development of self serve products/tools to optimize and support ad serving experience for internal as well as external stakeholders - Deep dive into current AdTech product offerings and contribute to product development by identifying gaps in the current stack - Work closely with Ad Operations teams to troubleshoot campaigns and optimize deliveries across stakeholders - Meet advertisers/clients to convince them about the ads product and audience insights thereby being a strong partner to ads sales team - Develop and optimize on team structure to achieve goals on product, operations, data insights to achieve organizational goals - Define and communicate the Adtech team's vision, frameworks & goals with internal & external teams whilst owning the results - Should manage software development projects, vendor integrations and other cross-team technical work for consumer-facing application and/or backend services
