A growing software solutions & services co. with strengths in enterprise applications, digital solutions, high-end computing and cloud offerings. Has over 15 offices spread across North & Latin America and India. Focuses on enterprise and Govt. customers.


As the head of the recruitment function at the co., the incumbent will be expected to :

- Ensure business certainty at the co. at all points of time by maintaining sufficient pipeline of qualified talent against job vacancies and successful, timely hiring from such pipeline

- Manage a team of young talent acquisition professionals who operationally cater to the fulfillment of demand for new hiring at any point in time.

- Constantly collaborate with the company leadership and different business & function leaders to forecast likely demand in the near, medium & long term future and proactively be ready to fulfill the same

- Help the company in foreseeing possible risks in engaging with & acquiring required talent for the company, and work with the management on mitigating such risks by developing proper mechanisms and taking preventive/proactive action to ensure timely fulfillment and no business loss

- Involve & help adopt, best practices in the recruitment team, related to talent sourcing, candidate engagement, opportunity selling and closure of mandates

- Train, motivate and coach the team,on a constant basis, for enhanced output and superior performance

- Create a solid vendor/partner ecosystem for recruiting needs that are not doable internally

- Work with the larger HR team to ensure that the talent supply chain and recruiting priorities are set right, falling in-line with the company's core HR principles and overall business vision & objectives


- At-least 10 years of experience in handling talent acquisition for technology services firms in India

- Experience of leading recruitment at their employer firms, managing a team of recruiters for in-house fulfillment of demand for hiring new staff across positions related to engg./software development, other technical roles and support functions

- At-least 3 - 4 years of experience at a senior managerial role in recruitment, his/her latest experience being catering to a large set of demand, especially at the junior levels (for engg./software development roles)

- Demonstrated ability in closely working with the senior management of their employer firms, especially from a strategic resourcing perspective

- Specialization in talent acquisition will be preferred. No recent experience at recruitment services firms, as the job requires a strong feel of enterprise talent acquisition in the later years of candidates' careers


- Only IT (Software) experience will be considered

- Please apply only if you are based out of Delhi-NCR and willing to work in Noida. The co. does not consider outstation candidates

- Only those who can join in max. 15 days should apply. The co. is ready for notice buy-out, if that helps. Those in between jobs or already on resignation notice will be highly preferred

- While this is a senior managerial role, please do not apply if you have rather been managing programs/transformation initiatives for your employers. This job needs a foot-runner, who has been extremely hands-on with recruitment and can really enable a team of recruiters, helping the latter overcome challenges and operational issues that keep them from succeeding in catering to the organization's demand for new hiring
