Looking for seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with 11 to 15 years of experience for our RPO engagement with DB.

The role will be based on client location in Pune.

Job Title: Recruitment Operations Director - India

Role Overview

Working as a Recruitment Operations Director is often demanding yet always rewarding. As an integrated part of our clients' HR Function, the recruitment function is the epicenter of the HR community. The Recruitment Operations Director is a key component of the overall Delivery Team and has a responsibility to collaborate and knowledge share across the whole Allegis Global Solutions client portfolio. Building relationships with key stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment, maintaining a positive 'can-do' attitude and being persistent in delivering a world-class service are all attributes we are proud to have in our community.

The key focus for the Recruitment Operations Director is to lead the overall service delivery of a team of AGS onsite recruiters and to work closely with the Account Director and India RPO management colleagues to ensure SLAs are met or exceeded and to build strong stakeholder relationships.

Reporting to the Account Director you will be part of the India RPO management team and will assist in driving best practice across the recruitment lifecycle and strive to be an ambassador for the Allegis Global Solutions brand at every

interaction.

Key Accountabilities :

Key Stakeholder Relationship Management :

- Develop strong and constructive relationships with DB TA leadership and HRBPs, key HR contacts, selected DB business client stakeholders in close partnership with the DB TA team, as well as the broader AGS business in India and across the globe

- Communicate the process and benefits of the solution and Allegis Global Solutions membership to key stakeholders, including changes in process, new initiatives/ projects, and additional service offerings

- Gain a sound understanding of the assigned business/s (structure, nature of their work and business challenges faced) to enable anticipation of businesses future recruitment needs, ensure sourcing strategy is aligned with these requirements together with the regional sourcing team

- Analyse and communicate with client/s and Allegis Global Solutions peer's recruitment trends, results and insights (business unit, client and external market) to drive future recruitment activity, improve compliance and reduce risk

- Become key contact point for DB TA stakeholders and HR contacts for recruitment, sourcing or strategy

queries/issues that arise pertaining to the RPO team. Actively seek and act on feedback from key ETA and business stakeholders to drive optimum solutions for all parties.

Recruitment Process Delivery & Enhancement :

- Ensure recruitment process manual is updated in line with approved amendments

- Ensure the team is fully utilizing ATS/recruitment systems in the manner outlined and agreed in the process manual

- Oversight of the production of regular weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to stakeholders.

- Monitor or manage delivery of recruitment assignments according to the agreed recruitment process, SLA- s

compliance and legislative requirements ensuring all required activities are completed and documented accordingly

- Ensure team is fully briefed on contractual recruitment delivery process to include in-scope activities, SLA- s,

mandatory recruitment activity stages and team responsibilities

- Working with the broader DB TA Team and India Sourcing & Internal Mobility Lead to develop an effective Talent Pool framework for the Business unit, to include: job segmentation, defined sourcing strategies, and articulated engagement plan per role type.

- Ensure ongoing continuous improvement and value-add initiatives to improve team efficiency

- Manage relationships with recruitment related 3rd party service providers as assigned (recruitment agencies,

advertising, probity checking orgs etc) in conjunction with the DB TA Leadership team

- Represent client brand in market to attract and retain talent and strive to achieve reputation of recruitment best practice/employer of choice

On-site Team Management & Leadership :

- Recruit, induct and train new team members where and when required.

- Regular Team/recruiting numbers/SLA's review rigor

- Ensure effective performance optimization of all team members, within agreed guidelines, ensuring all KPI's are set and appropriate development plans are devised and mentoring/coaching provided as required

- Demonstrate leadership qualities at all times, creating and maintaining a professional and positive team environment

- Ensure the team adhere to compliance requirements (Recruitment, AGS, and client), i.e. data integrity, management of the process - Governance and Compliance (Team, Recruiting Numbers, Policy, Process, Procedure)

- Manage and escalate any individual/team issues that may arise ensuring nil client impact

- Manage workload allocation within the AGS onsite team in close consultation with client-facing DB Recruitment Business Partners, including volume forecasting, headcount planning, leave management and utilizing Hub services where appropriate.

- Ensure team are kept informed of account contractual changes, client and AGS initiatives and results/achievements

- Delegate management tasks (staff, recruitment process or project related) to Service Delivery Leads or other team members as deemed appropriate and oversee the same where applicable.

- Actively manage attendance of team at Allegis Global Solutions events to share learning's and build a network with Allegis Global Solutions colleagues. Contractual Delivery

- Have an understanding of the contractual services agreement and provisions including KPI's and SLA's to support commercial decision making

- Monitor service delivery against contractual terms and manage out of scope service requests including proposal management where appropriate by client appropriately

- Identify, and advise on commercial risks for Allegis Global Solutions and client and manage these risks accordingly via Account Planner Risk Register.

ALLEGIS GLOBAL SOLUTIONS AMBASSADOR

- Represent Allegis Global Solutions according to values and behaviors of the company and the client at all times

- Share knowledge of learning, innovation and best practice with Allegis Global Solutions colleagues

- Identify opportunities for added value services for the client

- Escalate appropriate relationship, contract or process issues in line with Allegis Global Solutions best practice to Account Director and /or Executive Director as appropriate

- Know the Allegis Global Solutions areas of specialization/service offerings and actively develop relationships with peers within RPO and other Allegis Global Solutions divisions.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

Experience

- Thorough understanding of the end to end recruitment process within the staffing industry or Corporate HR, preferably at and/or with a global financial services organization

- Previous experience working with RPO teams is an advantage

- Prior experience in developing and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders

- Experience in or knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus

- Successful experience managing multiple searches, and stakeholders, at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle at the same time

- Worked in a team environment that emphasized group contributions

Skills

- Leadership skills and ability to drive results in a matrix environment

- Strong written and verbal/presentation skills

- Ability to write client oriented communications e.g. emails, job descriptions

- Ability to give presentations to clients ranging in group size of one to fifteen

- Functional personal computer/software knowledge

- Proven ability to manage many projects/tasks at the same time
