- Experience as a Talent Acquisition Leader.

- Must have prior experience in IT/ITES hiring.

- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.

- Team handling experience is mandatory

- Ability to Highlight risk accounts on time with appropriate data points.
