- Establish short and long-term recruiting strategies designed to deliver on key organizational metrics.
- Provide overall direction and management for Talent Acquisition strategy, guidelines and procedures concerning best practices, systems and methodologies, including social media, assessment and analytics.
- Develop and lead a high-performance recruiting team, including professional and university relations recruiters, sourcers and coordinators.
- Continually evaluate and refine recruiting processes to ensure maximum efficiency and optimal candidate experience.
- Identify and attract unique candidate skillsets in a highly competitive marketplace
- Foster a highly proactive sourcing environment, using the latest sourcing tools, methodologies and talent mapping approach.
- Define and target critical roles. Drive use of candidate relationship management tools and activities.
- Be a thought leader in the space of market intelligence, data analytics, recruiting trends and legislative initiatives that have short- and long-term implications on the profitability of the business.
- Resolve and/or develop relevant staffing systems and recruiting tools, technology and methodologies for building a cutting-edge organization that remains ahead of the competition.
- Scaling up the recruitment team through the implementation of best practices and performance-based goals.
- Identify, hire, and develop exceptional recruiting talent - effectively manage a team of 20+.
- Put in place meaningful metrics, processes, and tools to measure and continuously improve the efficiency of the recruitment teams - technology and non-technology.
- Create and implement the methodologies and processes to ensure an extraordinary candidate and manager experience.
- Managing cross-functional recruitment team members, ranging from Managers, Assistant Manager, Senior Associates and Associates to help them meet hiring requirements.
- Establish systems of accountability and performance standards.
- Planning and delivering for leadership hiring, recruitment drives, campus drives and specialized programs.
- Work with the business to forecast headcount plans and develop succession plans across the company.
- Initiating various recruitment reports, analysis and dashboards and managing & delivering them on a periodic basis.
- Managing outside recruiting agencies.
- Manage department budget and financial objectives.
