Responsibilities:

Delivery:

- Accountable for complete client deliverable management for self and team.

- Analyze the client's requirements.

- Keeping the helicopter and approach and on-ground execution for various steps like screening, interview, and post-interview processes as required.

- Ensure entire team KPI compliance with consistency and result-orientation.

- Enabling the team with sourcing & its techniques like head-hunting etc.

- Manage the P&L of the assigned team and plan the on-ground execution strategy with respect to the company mission.

Business Development:

- Responsible for lead generation

- Identify, negotiate, manage strategic relationships with Potential clients and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure deeper penetration.

- Prepare business presentations, proposals, and showcase company capabilities to prospective clients SPOC.

- To ensure a pipeline of clients for your team with a steady stream of recruitment assignments.

People Management & Strategy:

- Ensure a happy vibe in the team to achieve results.

- To be able to propose, plan manage and execute change management with coordination with other stakeholders.

- Should be able to establish successful team individual dealings and right team synergy.

- Must be able to train and mentor the team periodically.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in the technical recruitment domain - Preferably within Software Product Development Companies.

- The candidate must possess an entrepreneurial mindset and must be driven by results.

- Strong experience in managing a team and leading business development initiatives and managing KPIs.

- Strong network and relations with clients

- High on energetic and strong desire to succeed is a must.
