Broad Responsibilities : - End to end Supply Chain Management, including Warehouse Operations and Management, First Mile-Middle Mile-Last Mile Delivery, Reverse Logistics - Extensive 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) experience - Key metrics like Cost per shipment, TAT adherence, Ensuring timely & accurate deliveries - P&L accountability - Preferably from eCommerce industry having high customer eccentricity towards timely and accurate delivery of orders. - Design & Execute further expansion of operations across the country, including 3 tier cities - Evaluate & mitigate Pilferages & other Risks pertaining to warehouse operations & Logistics - Review, Improve & Manage end to end Logistics framework, Inventory Management, Inspections, Compliances, Audits, Stock + Delivery accuracy - Team Management, Stakeholder Management, Vendor Management - Process Driven, Customer-Centric, excellent Analytical & Negotiation Skills
