Role:

We are looking for a Director / VP of Supply Acquisition who will lead the Supply Acquisition department spanning across verticals

Responsibilities:

- Meeting delivery worker sourcing or hiring goals across clients, at the targeted cost of acquisition

- Meeting objectives on sourcing quality

- Meeting objectives on channel growth - acquisition and retention

- Leading supply strategy agenda across channels

- Exploring and establishing alternative channels for delivery partner hiring

- Training and engagement programs across the channel and team

- Working with cross functional teams including business team, marketing team, operations team, finance team and especially the product team to meet overall company and channel objectives

Qualifications & Experience:

- Over 8 years of experience in blue collar worker/ manpower sourcing with strong exposure to vendor channel, feet on street channel and direct/ telesales channel. Candidates with experience of similar channels in other industries like telecom are also welcome to apply.

- Experience in leading large teams in operations

- Experience in P&L management

- Experience in strategy roles

- Experience working with product teams
