Director - Sub Function Head - Technical Learning CoE - IT (15-18 yrs)
- Assist Learning Head in planning and executing on the organization's overall L&D strategy
- Evangelizing a culture of lifelong learning and Familiarity with experiential learning, gamification and emerging trends in L&D
- Introducing new L&D programs on an ongoing basis to support changing strategic objectives

- Technical/Project Management/Program Management experience in customer facing roles and relevant certifications/degrees is an added advantage
