Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

- Responsible for business development and client relationships across the allocated segment

- Formulate a coverage list comprising of listed / unlisted companies and intermediaries

Coverage

- Accountable for building a pipeline of Investments and closing investments

- Accountable for deal structuring and term sheet preparation

- To gather all required information and prepare analysis for making a case with investments team along with the execution counterpart

- Accountable for obtaining Credit Committee / Investment Committee approvals along with the Execution counterpart

- Supporting the Execution counterpart to ensure timely closure of investments

- Responsible for Post-investment asset management with proactive client engagement along with the Asset Management team

Job Requirement

Qualifications MBA/CA

Experience - 13-15 years of experience with Structured Credit Funds, Corporate Banking, NBFC- Corporate Finance

- Person should have relationships with Companies with market cap of more than 1000K

- Strong relationship with corporates and intermediaries comprising of investment banks, auditing firms etc.

Functional Competencies

- Sound understanding of credit markets and equity markets

- Strong Analytical acumen
