Director - Strategy & Planning - Investment Banking (10-15 yrs)
- Our client is a leading Investment Banking organisation, looking to hire a Woman Leader to Head Strategy and Planning, based in Bangalore.
- The role will be a part of the strategy and planning organization in India and help drive the transformation.
- Will closely Work with the business leaders to formulate the strategy aligned to firm's key priorities and help them with the decision making to execute the strategy.
Some of the key responsibilities are as below:
- Support the leadership team to define strategy and new operating model that support current needs and the future business priorities
- Carry out research and data collection to identify patterns that help business take right decision
- Bring in the outside in perspective and drive change
- Promote and foster an environment of innovation to deliver new solutions which help improve scale and efficiency, business growth and performance
Desired Profile:
- MBA from a recognized university
- At least seven years of experience of Management consulting under a change environment, strategic communication and organizational transformation
- Proven knowledge of Financial services industry
- Leading and developing a team of high performing associates
- Ability to deal with ambiguities and operate in a fast-changing environment
- Strategic thinking and a focus on execution
- Work with various teams across global locations
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to challenge the status quo and confidently raise issues with senior leaders
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
