The Role
As the leader of Strategic Customer Deployment, you will own the people, process, and performance backbone of our India-based strategic deployment organization. Your leadership will ensure that top-tier talent consistently delivers high-impact outcomes for customers.
You will begin by managing a core group of exceptional junior and mid-level talent-graduates from IITs/IIMs, ex-MBB consultants, and high-performing operators-setting the bar for clarity, execution, and impact.
Over time, your scope will expand to large-scale programs, global workflows, high-stakes customer initiatives, and cross-functional operational strategy, giving you the opportunity to shape how our entire deployment engine scales worldwide.
At its core, this is a leadership-first, not AI-first role. Your value lies in building teams, driving operational excellence, and enabling people to do the best work of their careers.
You Will:
- Lead, inspire, and scale a high-performance team, creating a culture of ownership, accountability, and customer obsession
- Build and institutionalize operating rhythms, playbooks, and staffing models that make the organization scalable and efficient
- Develop and retain top talent, identifying emerging leaders and designing accelerated growth paths
- Collaborate globally with product consulting, customer success, and R&D teams to ensure seamless deployment and delivery
- Bring structure to ambiguity, converting complex, unstructured challenges into clear operational plans and consistent execution
- Drive operational excellence across people, processes, and customer outcomes
