Job Description :

- It is an excellent opportunity to be part of the leadership team of a large MNC organization in an internal consulting role.

- Our client is a leading MNC driving innovation in the healthcare and life sciences space for over 50 years.

- As part of growth of their shared services set up, they are looking to hire a seasoned strategy and business management professional for this newly created role.

Description :

- Reporting into India Head, you would be working as an internal consultant and responsible for driving strategic programs, new initiatives, business management, workforce management and strategic planning.

- You will work closely with business leaders and onshore stakeholders for successful implementation of critical projects.

Profile :

- MBA from a Tier 1 institute (IIM/ISB/ Ivy League) with 10 to 15 years experience working in strategy or consulting role in MNC environment is a must.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills with experience of working closely with business leaders/CXOs.

- Past track record of success working in an international environment in internal consulting or business management role.

- Client has a preference for a diverse candidate in this role.
