Job Description :

- BS/MS/MBA/PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business or related fields

- 10-15 years of relevant work experience in data analysis and 5+ years- experience in leading analytics teams

- Demonstrate ability to work independently and with teams to deliver complex analysis

- Experienced in running training and mentor programs for managers and analysts

- Demonstrate the ability to design analytical solutions and write code to implement the solution

- Perform data operations to subset, sort, merge, aggregate, join and re-shape datasets in a variety of environments (Excel, SQL, Hive, R/Python); Perform CRUD operations in different environments.

- Experience managing large data sets; desire to continue to gain expertise in managing very large data sets

- Familiarity with Linux/Unix shell and command-line tools

- Experience building analytics applications leveraging R, Python, Tableau, Looker or other

- Experience with SQL, Excel (Pivot tables, PowerPivot, Visualization), R/Python

- Experience in geo-spatial analysis with POSTGIS, QGIS.

- Experience dealing with large datasets and log file data

- Experience with AWS analytics infrastructure (Redshift, S3, Athena, Boto3)

- Experience with Hadoop / Spark analytics tools and infrastructure

- Experience with using iPython / Zeppelin notebooks / RMarkdown for reproducible analysis

- Experience with building code repositories (git) and knowledge management solutions (wiki, other)
