Director, Strategy for a large A&amp;D company (tier 1 MBA, tier 1 A&amp;D consulting or industry only) Role : Director Strategy for a large Aerospace &amp; Defence MNC&nbsp; (Please don't apply if you don't meet the criteria listed in desired qualifications) Works scope : - A senior role within the leadership team of a large A&amp;D players; responsible for handling strategy of the overall organization in India. Responsible for scouting new opportunities including M&amp;A, Joint venture or any other strategic relationships. - Responsible for assisting the CEO, and leading strategy efforts including assessment of new opportunities, market studies, working with external tier-1 consultancies. - As leader of a high performing strategy team, will be responsible for leading, M&amp;A transactions including due diligence activities across all functional areas including transaction structuring, negotiations and documentation, deal closure and post deal activities. Key Responsibilities : - Country and company strategy development and execution by working closely with India and US leadership - Work with internal and external consultants to drive strategic initiatives (program management) - Managing the deal execution by working with cross functional team including legal, finance, and external consultants &amp; bankers - Conduct business valuation, due diligence, negotiations and provide support in legal documentation - Drive post merger integration activities to achieve the targeted quantified synergies Desired qualifications : - MBA from top B schools only - Currently working with tier -1 consulting firms (focused on Aerospace &amp; Defence domain only) only at levels similar to Engagement Manager and above OR tier-1 Aerospace &amp; Defence companies in India, either in strategy, corp development or a business role - Post MBA work experience of 10+ years Company : A leading Fortune 50 global Aerospace &amp; Defence MNC with a huge presence in India.
