Director - Strategic Consulting & Operations - Sourcing/Supply Chain/Procurement - Big4 (10-25 yrs)
- Create and manage strong independent relationships with clients at senior positions
- Expand client base with new wins and conversions (both existing and new)
- Manage Delivery of client accounts, meeting their SLA- s, savings targets and ensuring overall client delight
- Operations excellence in Pricing, Billing and Recovery
- Overall lead execution and operationally independently manage assignments with execution team.
- Partner and build relationships and execute a lead role in client service delivery, including interfacing with senior client representatives to communicate development and present results
- Identify issues, structure the problem, conduct and review analyses, and draw conclusions / insights
- Provide coaching, mentoring and technical supervision to the less experienced project staff, including reviewing their analyses and artifacts
- Support business development in responding to sales RFP's, Solution development and sales meetings.
Knowledge Management and Team Building
- Champion knowledge sharing efforts, review and continually improve processes so that the team and firm capture and leverage knowledge
- Manage operations team and providing overall coaching & mentoring for the delivery of services
- Build a strong team and be a strong role model
- Assist in resolving people issues
Qualification and Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years in consulting with one of the top consulting firms and overall 10-13 years of experience preferably in the areas of Strategic Sourcing, Procurement and Supply Chain with exposure to business development and sales.
- Consulting experience in both US and India preferred.
