The incubent Should have the following
- 15 + years of IT recruitment expertise – should have handled full-cycle IT recruiting exprience
- Should be hands on in sourcing
- Should have experience in recruiting top tier IT executive talent using various social media, advanced search techniques
- Should have a high level of interpersonal savvy with the ability to establish and maintain positive rapport at all levels of employees in the organization
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships
- Candidate should have a proven IT network and experience creating candidate pipelines and a track record of hiring success
- Candidate should be able to adapt to and articulate the company's mission, vision, values, products, and culture
- Should be able to re-difine processes and keep improving
- Should be a master in MIS management, viz., metrics for pipeline, conversions and hires
- Should have handled a big team of Recruiters – right from Managers to recruiters
- Experience in Service companies preferred
- Candidate should have a strong understanding of IT and can carry a conversation with an IT executive without being intimidated
- Collaborate with Clients, our engineering team and senior management to understand hiring needs; clearly map out hiring strategies and manage expectations throughout the process
- Make suggestions to drive through hiring bottlenecks or shortcomings to constantly improve process
