Looking for Director - Solutions & Presales(Personalization -Company into Analytics-based business applications for retail .

ROLE : Director- Solutions & Presales(Personalization) (Open Position - 1)

LOCATION : Bangalore

REPORTING TO : SVP - Sales& BD

EXPERIENCE : >10 Years

BROAD RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. As a trusted advisor, evangelize - Why, How and Why Now- of Personalisation to CMO, Head Online, Head -Ecommerce etc

2. Deliver consultative Client Presentations, conduct mesmerizing product demos and engage customers continuously as part of Sales Cycle

3. Own and Deliver winning proposals(including RFI/RFP)/client presentation containing business use cases, Solution architecture and other deliverables in alignment with customer known/unknown requirements

4. Understand and document customer known requirements and unearth customer unknown requirements

5. Qualify opportunities in one to two Client meetings

6. Create industry specific GTM packs (questionnaire, use cases, value proposition, collaterals, Demos, Sales play book etc) in collaboration with marketing, sales, product management and other functions

7. Proactively refine lead generation, lead qualification process and pitch for engaging customers/prospects

8. Research, document and share Customer, market, product and competitor insights

9. Author white papers/ blogs/collateral and evangelize personalization proposition within marketing channels(blogs, groups, events, Social media)

ESSENTIAL QUALIFIERS FOR THIS ROLE:

1. Deep expertise in Marketing Solutions and Personalisation Platforms

2. Somebody who is aligned and connects with Video : Why Future Sales Owner is a Doctor

3. Proven experience of selling deals with ACV> $150,000

4. Experience: 6 to 12 years in Presales, Solution Consulting and /or Product management

5. Requires min 10 days of travel.

6. Excellent communicative skills both verbally and in written form.

7. Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

8. Has strong executive presence.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLE:

1. Experience of selling marketing and personalization solutions in the SaaS model.

2. Knowledge of personalization platforms and their impact on sales and marketing

3. Experienced in engaging with C-level executives in Marketing, Digital marketing and ECommerce

4. Possess strong understanding and relationships in the Retail, QSR and Online Business

5. Experience of working with geographically diverse/distributed teams.
