Job Description :
- The Business solutions leader will work closely with market leaders on new business opportunities,
- Create and Design customized solutions for the client's requirements
- Lead with teams to bring together and drive the deliverables
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, orals, vertical specific pipeline calls, workshops, strategy meetings
- Use Integrated Solutions to drive business development through subject matter expertise
Required Skills :
- Worked with Digital native clients (Technology companies - Hi-Tech, Internet, Software)
- Masters' in Business (premier school) is preferable OR Bachelor Engineering Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 12+ Years in the BPO industry with experience in Sales, Business Development and Operations experience
- Experience in leading presales and solution teams
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
