Job Description - We are looking for passionate candidates with strong operational, leadership and technical skills to lead and manage a team of software developers. This role is ideal for someone who has experience of managing technology teams in healthcare domain.The role will be based out of Bangalore and reporting into Country Head.

Description

- Own the product lifecycle, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure visibility to senior leadership.

- Oversee creation of project plan, in coordination with project leads and team leads for multiple projects

- Exhibit sound product judgment, ability to formulate product strategy and present clear measurable objectives that will lead to achieving our business goals.

- Expected to provide valuable input into business cases based on in-depth data analysis and demonstrate how that analysis impacts key product metrics.

- Create technical specifications, prototypes, and presentations to communicate your ideas

- End-to-end feature development from UI implementation all the way through the middleware and backend platform

- Drive a security coding best practice in our software development lifecycle to mitigate software vulnerabilities. e.g., coding standards, code reviews, OWASP Top 10.

- Determine and recommend methods to streamline and improve development processes and procedures. Implement modified agile process for software development.

- Provide day-to-day technical leadership to the team and grow talent to support future growth

- 10-15 years of leadership experience in product development organizations with a proven experience of developing products in a highly agile/scrum environment.

- Currently heading a development/ vertical or should be owning delivery of two products/modules (team of 50 - 100) including architecture, design, code reviews & peoples career management; with good exposure to engineering processes, product delivery etc.

- Very good knowledge of software development tools, patterns and processes (Agile principles, SCRUM, SAFe, V-model)

- Well-versed in emerging industry technologies and trends and the ability to communicate that knowledge to the team and influence product direction.

- Extensive experience in designing applications to work with data

- Excellent Critical thinking, Analytical, problem solving & Solutioning skills with a customer first mindset.

- Experience in healthcare domain would add advantage

- OOPS and DotNet framework 3.5 and above using c#.net.

- Windows forms application using entity framework and LINQ

- WCF Web services, Web APIs, xml and JSON

- WPF & MVVM pattern

- Mongo DB (preferred)
