Position Summary: The Shared Services Leader, Finance will manage the establishment of, and will provide ongoing leadership for the Accounting and Cash Application teams at the finance shared services center based in Bangalore, India to complement its existing service centers. The leader will also oversee the migration of accounting activities throughout EMEA and North America to the India Shared Service Center. Upon completion, the Bangalore location will be the global hub of a network of service centers that operate under generally standard processes and procedures and utilize Oracles ERP software solution. The position will require significant process expertise related to shared service center operations. The process streams to be supported will be: - Transactional Accounts receivable maintenance (cash application) Fixed asset accounting - Accounting Customer invoicing Intercompany accounting (settling and billing) General ledger management Financial accounting and monthly close The position will require extensive and effective communication across functions and with senior financial management, including the Chief Accounting Officer and financial personnel in our business lines and global operations. Responsibilities: This Shared Services Leader, Finance will be responsible for the Accounting and Cash Application team operations of the Company's Bangalore-based Shared Services Center, including continuous improvement of processes and internal controls as well as contributing to the overall vision for the Company's shared services evolution. Lead the establishment of the Accounting and Cash Application teams in the India Shared Service Center including hiring and training staff, implementation of standard business processes and governance for identified processes in-scope as documented in our finance blueprint. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance and MBA (Finance) or CPA or Chartered Accountant certification or other similar qualification preferred. Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, including 6-10 years of experience in global shared service center leadership role. Knowledge of financial systems skills and reporting tools (experience with PeopleSoft a plus). International travel of 10% to 25% (in accordance with the safety regulations).
