Director - Service Delivery - Cash Management Operations - BFSI (16-20 yrs)
Operations Management -:
- You will be responsible for seamless service delivery of Cash Management operations as per service quality levels agreed upon with stakeholders.
- You will ensure strict adherence to AML and make sure that the relevant control framework is in place and key controls are rigorously implemented to mitigate Compliance and operational risks.
Team Management -
- This is a leadership position and you will be responsible for People Management and development with a focus on coaching Middle Management & Talent. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a develop strong expertise around cash management products and services.
Change Management/Transformation :
- You will be expected to drive continuous projects to improve, review and streamline operations.
- Additionally, you will be expected to participate actively to contribute in projects by central/regional cash management business and get involved in active participation on ad hoc tasks and/or projects as assigned by Management from time to time.
