Our Client is an AI product based company Headquartered in London UK and developing an AI powered enterprise platform that enables insurers the flexibility to scale capacity as needed, safely, securely, efficiently and at speed. Intelligent and flexible, tool understands global insurance processing challenges, and seamlessly solves them. A smart and powerful modular SaaS platform that is built on robust technology, substantially minimising time and money, whilst maximizing speed to market. We are hiring for the following positions for their Technology Center in Bengaluru, India.

Job Overview :

The ideal candidate will have at least 6-10 years' experience in Human Resources Department managing small teams in a changing environment. Insurance industry experience is preferred but not mandatory. We are seeking an experienced HR director with outstanding people skills to manage our personnel and ensure that our human resources programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned to overall business objectives.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess a high work ethic, excellent communication skills, knowledge of labor regulations and HR practices, strategic thinking abilities, strong organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. The exceptional HR director should improve HR processes, implement strategies that support business growth, improve morale and employee retention, enhance safety and wellness, strengthen relations between staff and employers, manage job satisfaction, attract the best recruits, and promote the organization's values.

Your Impact :

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

- Manage the recruitment and selection process

- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

- Nurture a positive working environment

- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

- Maintain pay plan and benefits program

- Payroll Processing and Management - 100+ Employees

- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

- Report to Global HQ / regional management and provide decision support through HR metrics

- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

- Extensive data analytics to maintain a healthy ratio of a high-performance lean team
