Director/Senior Manager - Direct Tax - CA

- Lead the Direct Tax vertical, including planning, compliance, and litigation support.

- Advise clients on tax structuring, transactions, and regulatory matters.

- Manage and mentor a high-performing tax team.

- Build and nurture client relationships and contribute to business development.

- Stay updated with tax laws, rulings, and regulatory developments.

- 10+ years of relevant experience in Direct Tax.

- Deep knowledge of Indian tax laws; exposure to international tax is a plus.

- Strong leadership, team management, and client-handling skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

- Qualified Chartered Accountant.

- 10+ years of relevant experience in Direct Tax (including advisory and litigation).
