Our client a Captive IT shop of leading bank is looking to hire Technical leader for the managing the delivery of their software engineering team.

Accountabilities

- Responsible for leading the Software Engineering team to achieve business and technology priorities.

- Provide technical guidance on emerging technologies

- Led various Transformation Initiatives and implemented progressive delivery models & solutions, leading to service enhancements and business value improvements.

- Drive product / technology roadmaps

- Drive meaningful technical discussions, arbitrate and recommend an optimal path method

- Contribute to optimizing agile engineering practices from concept to deployment

- Stakeholder management

- People management

Desired Profile

- Strong Technical delivery management and leadership experience

- Good understanding of API development, Microservices and Web services

- Proficient knowledge in Java, J2ee, Spring and Javascript

- Strong People management skills

- Experience in Agile process
