Our IOT/M2M is seeking a dynamic Director or Sr Director - Fleet to strategize and manage their customers related to fleet business. This position will report directly to the Vice President - Sales Engineering and will be based in Noida. If the candidate is based in a city other than National Capital region, he/ she will be expected to work 50% time out of Noida and 50% of his/ her base location.
Job Summary:
As Director/ Sr Director - Fleet, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Be the primary customer experience champion for Client products in Fleet domain.
- As the primary subject matter expert on the Product, act as the Product evangelist and support various sales conversations.
- Build the product and business vision and get approval both internally and with external stakeholders
- Generate new strategy to accelerate product adoption and grow into adjacent markets
- Manage customer feedback & experience leveraging the collected data to drive customer & product requirements
- Build go to market strategy and generate detailed plans and engagement models. Have strong network to lead and grow business.
- Work effectively with technical teams to enhance product features with quick time-to-market Build product pricing models in collaboration with Sales.
- Drive effective marketing activities in support of product launch and customer wins.
- Handle Pre-Sales, Post Sales, SME in Fleet and Customer Management for Client Customers in Fleet Business
- Represent Client by visiting customers to solicit feedback on products and services
Eligibility & Qualification:
- 10-15 years of fleet industry experience. Experience of product management in fleet domain is a must. 10 years of experience in business development/ pre-sales/ Product head roles in Fleet Company or large fleet management system organization.
- B.Tech/ B.E. degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Creative and lateral thinker.
- Curious, ability to think analytical and out of the box.
- Negotiation skills - ability to look at the big picture, solution oriented.
