The Director / Senior Director - Products will be the vision bearer for the organization.

- Head the Consumer Internet / Mobile product management function.

- Manage and drive team of talented Product Managers and designers

- Drive strategic innovation to generate new product ideas

- Strategic planning to implementation by working with cross-functional teams

- Gather insights from across teams within the Org and conduct external research and usability studies to understand how customers are interacting with the product and develop enhancements based on the results/analysis

- Continuously improve existing products and features to drive higher conversion or engagement

Qualifications :

- Self-confidence, dynamism and a belief in challenging yourself

- A deep expertise in Product Leadership Entrepreneurial thinking mindset: Self-motivated and self-directed with an ability to think innovatively

- 12 yrs+ experience in Internet-related Product Management preferably with consumer-facing, eCommerce site / Mobile apps.

- Passion and understanding of exemplary user experience in e-commerce/ m-commerce.

- Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities

- People Management: Ability to lead, manage & develop large teams in a fast paced environment

- Passion for Results: High degree of commitment with bias for execution excellence

- Keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and changes

- Post Graduate from Top Tier Institutes
