The Role - The Director/Senior Director Operations needs to meet and exceed business objectives ensuring consistent achievement of all operational KPIs . - Required to manage (in partnership with the wider account team) multiple sites to deliver Customer satisfaction through the communities where we work. - Manage, inspire and motivate a number of key stakeholders to ensure operational excellence, high employee engagement and program delivery is achieved. Responsibilities: Program Delivery through Operation Excellence Create the interface between finance, operations and the customer teams to ensure timely program delivery in line with budget expectations. Further, develop the Operational Excellence strategy and operationalize this strategy across India to include but not limited to: - Setting and reviewing organizational / productivity objectives in line with the commercial contract, setting and reviewing quality performance standards. - Ensure the right processes are in place to support the delivery of programs including day to day service levels, customer experience, quality measures and compliance measures working with the Customer Director - Establish and strengthen Project Management competencies and processes in the team - Analyse internal operations and identify areas of risk and process enhancement - The continuous identification of operational best practice through interaction with the wider team in other programs and countries - Execute a well-defined communication model to ensure all teams understand the performance of our business and also that they understand the needs of their teams. - Work with Company's financial controllers to ensure alignment on budget setting and adherence at all levels in the team - Developing the use of technology to drive efficiency CCSA Governance Work with Company's governance advisors to ensure that the Indian legal entity meets all legal and statutory requirements this includes (but not limited to): - All Company filings as required by the Government of India - Smooth running of the CCSA Board including preparation of papers Skills and Abilities - Ability to demonstrate achievement of results e.g. business improvements, cost savings, revenue generation - Ability to translate business strategy into day to day delivery - Strong commercial understanding and previous accountability for profit targets - Responsible for Business Continuity - Ability to manage and influence key stakeholders - Excellent leadership, people management, communication and influencing skills at a senior level. - Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues. - Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and customer groups to take the desired action.
