Director/Senior Director - Mortgage Operations Delivery - BPO

- The primary role would be to build a strong delivery team

- The role requires an experienced Manager who possesses strong technical skills, high energy and enthusiasm, has the ability to influence people at all levels of the organization, and has demonstrated the ability to execute large, cross-functional projects in a challenging environment and has led large teams

- Required to lead and manage large scale operations for a strategic client

- Will be responsible for the overall P&L for the engagement - both revenue and profitability

- Work closely with various stakeholders on organizational strategic initiatives

- Drive periodic process review meetings and drive actionables

Desired Profile :

- Must have 14+ years of total experience of which 5 -7 years of leading delivery for large Mortgage clients

- Ability to work with senior stakeholders in delivery, Quality, business development, relationship managers, pre-sales and transition teams
