Experience Guidelines:
- At least 7 years of experience directing the creation and implementation of talent management, learning, OD and change programs for a global organization. Professional services, consulting, or technology company experience is preferred. (Overall experience of 12-14 years minimum)
- Experience working with external clients as a business consulting, talent, or HR professional especially desired.
- Executive presence and demonstrable experience influencing business leaders to successfully drive initiatives and gain cross-functional commitment/support
- Knowledge & experience of market practices in Talent Management and Learning; strategy, design, development & implementation
- Candidates will be asked to share examples of business case development for global talent, learning and OD programs, examples of business impact created through interventions, and demonstrate capability to lead the development of learning curricula to address the needs of an evolving business.
Education
- Master's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources Management, Psychology, MBA in HR or equivalent.
