Director/Senior Director/Head - Operations - eCommerce (8-15 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities :
Speed : You will own the mandate of cutting down end-to-end lead time to launch the latest fashion and capture data on emerging trends. Conversely, you will also own improving the delivery time footprint to shoppers across India.
Leadership : You'll build and lead a team charged with constantly expanding, improving, and overcoming operational bottlenecks on the supply side. This includes international and domestic supply chain, one of the largest cross border supply chains between China and India, warehousing and cross-dock facilities, and last mile delivery across India and China geographies.
Budgeting : You will be managing a team charged with handling a monthly operational budget of around 140cr per annum. You will lead effectively scaling this to 3X over the next 18-24 months.
Growth : The one thing you can be sure of is growth. While scaling, you will be challenged with constantly identifying and implementing opportunities, improving service level to vendors and consumers, and reducing cost. You will lead new projects and initiatives taken across the company that are important for achieving company goals.

You Should also have :
- Engineering degree (MBA is a plus) with 8+ years of eCommerce operations or fulfilment with a deep understanding of scaling up operations.
- You understand Kaizen and work towards a Lean Six Sigma set up.
- Demonstrable experience working with various stakeholders and get a buy in horizontally and vertically across the organization.
- Interest and background in logistics & operations.
