Job Title: Enterprise Risk Management

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Lead to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in providing technical advice, guidance, and support across the organization, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of risk assessment, control environments, and business resilience. The ERM Lead will work closely with senior leadership, including C-suite executives and board members, to address risks impacting the organization's long-term goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support and advice to business units, ensuring awareness and understanding of risk assessments and controls.

- Assess and manage all types of risks (strategic, financial, compliance, operational) impacting the organization's objectives.

- Collaborate with C-suite executives, board members, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals and organizational resilience.

- Implement and monitor ERM frameworks such as COSO ERM or ISO 31000.

- Develop and present high-level risk dashboards and reports for senior leadership and the board.

- Define and align the organization's enterprise-wide risk appetite with strategic objectives.

- Utilize risk modelling tools, heat maps, and scenario analysis for strategic planning and decision-making.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's preferred).

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management or related areas.

- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and tools.

- Proven ability to collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

- Experience in managing strategic, reputational, financial, and compliance risks.

- Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills.

- Ability to provide strategic guidance in complex and dynamic environments.
