Director/Sr.Director-Digital Performance & Data Services (Exp-9 to 12 yrs)

Desired experience

- 9+ years of professional experience in digital marketing or a related field and 5+ years of experience in advanced data analytics

- Passionate, with a deep knowledge and curiosity, about digital marketing, data analytics, and cross-channel marketing technologies, methodologies, and best practices

- Strong capabilities in business consulting and developing data analytic and cross-channel marketing strategy and tactical plans

- Hands-on experience in at least one scripting language is preferred

- Strong desire and experience with data in various forms (data warehouses/SQL, unstructured data environments, NO SQL) will be a plus

- Experience setting up data platforms and infrastructure in complex environments will be a plus

- Experience of leading and managing teams is preferred

Technical Knowledge

1. Strong knowledge and understanding of data in the digital marketing ecosystem

2. Strong foundational knowledge of web analytics platform suites such as those of Adobe, Google, etc. will be a plus

3. Extensive experience in managing large, complex data analytics projects

4. Knowledge of SEO paid marketing channels and user experience optimization will be a plus

5. Background in Reporting, Operational Data Analytics, and Big Data Analytics will be preferred

Behavioural Skills

1. Ability to think strategically to impact business outcomes and create strategic roadmaps

2. Strong and engaging communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the proven ability to lead strategic planning meetings with senior-level marketing clients

3. Proven success as a subject matter expert in sales pitches, contributing to proposals and presentations

4. Entrepreneurial self-starter and an effective team leader who is resourceful and focused on building teams and creating success for clients and internal teams

5. Team player who is willing to roll up his/her shirt sleeves and help execute projects at a detailed, tactical level as needed in an early-stage company. This will require remaining up-to-date with the current, state of-the art technologies and methodologies

6. Creative flair and enthusiasm for new ideas and concepts

7. Passion for digital marketing and flair for data driven decision making
