Leading US Based MNC based out of Gurugram is looking for Digital Marketing Leader. NOTE: Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media, E mail Marketing, Marketing automation experience is preferred, People management. Key stakeholders-Global Managing team of 70-80 Shift Timings-1-10 pm IST Duties & responsibilities- - Deep understanding of the overall digital marketing function's operations. Being able to comprehend the marketing strategies and build processes to execute with scalability. - Management and continuous improvement of the marketing team with ownership of hiring, onboarding, managing attritions and growing the team in response to client demand. Leading a team of : - Digital marketing - marketing automation or email marketing, web analytics, paid, SEO and social media - Business Development support (including baseline management and development, writing, and packaging/design) - Branding and Communications support - Internal communications - Focus on day-to-day operations, a deep understanding of the people, process and technology. Managing the incoming volume of work, fair distribution of workload, and tracking the team's utilizations that enables marketing to operate efficiently and to scale with quality and consistency. - Standardization focus i.e. Ensuring multiple stakeholders are aligned - Handle project issues and Risks through continuous interaction with stakeholders / cross-functional teams - Ensure People management (Learning & Development, Performance and Engagement, meeting KPIs) - Ad hoc project work as directed by the manager
