Director/Senior Director - Campus Hiring Leader - IT/Online (10-15 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
- To liaison with various universities & help in recruiting recent graduates as well as high potential students. Build strong employer brand across college communities as well as hire talent.
- Advertising current job openings to college alumni communities.
- Coordinate & align the recruitment with colleges for internship programs.
- Liaising with other teams for designing internship programs & defining hiring needs.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a strong understanding of HR fundamentals to be able to lay the right foundation,(HRBP Background)
- Is willing to experiment and has had experience building not only for large well established organizations but also for creating a new.
- Works well in ambiguity
- Has 10-15 years of experience across multiple HR roles including HRBP, Campus, TA etc.
