Director - SAP Consulting

In the position of director you would be playing vital role in the SAP consulting practice and would be working with senior level professionals

You are best fit for the role if you have :

- 12+ years experience in SAP Implementation and/or SAP Consulting/SAP Audits

- Experience in managing multiple projects (implementations/ support etc.), project and program management

- S/4 HANA implementation, conversion experience

- Expertise in one functional area (FICO or Logistics)

- Able to lead the pre-sales activities. Pre proposal study, solution design, SOW preparation, efforts and cost estimation and solution presentation

- Ability to build and guide a team

- Experience in handling global clients

- Industry domain knowledge and thorough understanding of Business processes in respective areas of expertise

As a director, you are expected to :

- Have excellent client relationship and guide the team members in developing technical and professional competency.

- Identify areas of business opportunities with existing and new clients

- Have great interpersonal skills to interact in team environment and foster client relationships

- Communicate effectively, to customers who may, at times, have a non-technical background

- Capable of establishing good client relationship at CxO levels

- To be well aware of latest technology trends and be able to see a big picture while talking to client and designing a solution

- Ability to manage project/ program portfolio and P/L

- Handle client escalations, attend steering committee meetings

Qualification : BE, MBA, CA, ICWA, PMP certification is added advantage
