Director - Salesforce Implementation & Architecture - Consulting Firm (10-15 yrs)
Selected person will be responsible for:
- Development of the practice by working closely with the leadership team in conceptualization and execution of solution design, development/implementation projects on force.com platform for various industry verticals which need to be published on Appexchange
- Direct involvement and /or oversight of developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration, testing and deployment
- Works directly with clients to lead projects, facilitates business process analysis sessions, develops and delivers key components of technology solution
- Manage technical delivery of custom development, integrations, data migration projects
- Provide hands-on, expert-level technical assistance to developers and as necessary, develop custom programs and interfaces in hybrid environment
- Design and manage execution of test plans to ensure a quality solution is delivered
- Lead technical design sessions and architect technical solutions that are aligned with client business objectives
Qualifications :
- Bachelor of Engineering ( Computer Science /IT/ Electronics)
- Salesforce Technical Architect certification (CTA)
Additional information :
