Director - Sales - Staff Augmentation (6-10 yrs)

Sales Director (Remote)


The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Sales teams' operations and strategies. By researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis, you will develop and implement sales strategies. Should have experience of Staff Augmentation in India & overseas along with working experience on CRM tools.

Experience Required : 6 - 10 years

Budget : 20 LPA

Job Location : Remote (on demand F2F meetings with clients)

Responsibilities :

1) Develop and implement sales strategies

2) Prepare operational and financial sales department reports

3) Oversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales team

4) Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts

5) Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base

6) Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

7) Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives

8) Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

9) Understand category-specific landscapes and trends

10) Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts

Requirements and skills :

1) Proven sales executive experience in services based tech organization, meeting or exceeding targets

2) Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director

- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

3) Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

4) Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services

5) Proven ability to position products against competitors

6) Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions

7) Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

8) Excellent verbal and written communications skills

9) Good to have exposure around marketing & PR.

10) Should be able to guide, setup and lead the team of pre-sales and post sales

11) Should have experience of Staff Augmentation in India & overseas

12) Working experience on any CRM Tools to generate leads

Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

- Decent enough verbal and written communication with ability to articulate problems and solutions over phone and emails.

- Strong sense of urgency, with a passion for accuracy and timeliness.

- Ability to work calmly in high pressure situations and manage multiple projects/tasks.

- Ability to work independently and possess superior skills in issue resolution.
