Director - Sales - Security Services including MAN GUARDING (ONLY CANDIDATES FROM SIMILAR INDUSTRY CONSIDERED)

He/ She will be responsible for PAN India Sales / Business Development for Strategic Business Accounts especially for Security solutions, covering MANGUARDING, HOUSE KEEPING, PEOPLE SERVICES,LOGISTICS SERVICES ETC.

Role: The incumbent will Head the National Sales for Strategic Business Accounts for our client. Will lead a team Nationally and be expected to achieve the Topline & Bottomline Budgets. Will be the core driver of our Client's growth ambitions of the entire product portfolio in India from these sectors.

KRAs:

1. Ensure achievement of revenue and contribution margin targets (Volume, revenue, and Gross Contribution targets)

2. Team Management

3. Value addition to existing clients and exploring and adding new clients.

4. Sales Planning, Forecasting and coordination with other functions

5. Adherence to Client Organization's standards and compliance

Candidate Profile:

MBAs aged 35-45 with 15-25 years relevant experience in Sales Management and Leadership of Teams in Security Service Solutions consisting of comprehensive suite of integrated and customised offerings, range from Manned Guarding, Integrated Facility Management, Logistics Solutions, System Integration and People Services, Security equipments etc. Must have Strong people management skills.
