Director - Sales - SaaS/HR Tech Platform - IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI (7-12 yrs)

3. MBA from a Tier 1 B school is a must.
4. Develop and implement sales plans and strategy plans being industry specific to target the enterprise and mid-market clients.
5. Create a viable pipeline of opportunities through multiple channels.
6. Be a leader at industry events / conferences and represent the company.
7. Build strong relationships and maintain the existing relationships with clients.
8. 7-12 years of experience in sales, preferably technology sales.
9. Excellent negotiation, communication, time management and organizational skills.
10. Work with an extremely pedigreed set of leadership.
11. Be a part of a hyper growth company.
