Director - Sales Riyadh (KSA)
Job requirements :
- 7+ years of experience and 3+ years experience managing a sales team in Riyadh.
- Experience working in the Food-tech, B2B SaaS (Software as a Service) or PaaS (Platform as a Service) space
- At least 1 year of experience managing managers.
- A track record of successfully scaling sales teams in a SaaS company.
- A very strong knowledge of solution selling and managing a high velocity sales practice.
- Strong understanding of metrics, analytics, and reporting methods.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts, and translate them into industry- or business-relevant terms.
- Ability to hire, train and coach a high-performance sales team.
- Ability to build strategic executive relationships with customers and industry thought leaders.
- Build a great localized product means.
- Highly analytical, act locally and thrive in a multicultural, startup environment.
