The candidate will be responsible for selling of company's services, which is custom research projects. {Message - you are selling individual projects vs. subscription} 2. All selling activities will be to the customers from North America (USA and Canada) and Europe (Germany, France, Switzerland, Sweden) mainly. {Message - work in evening is not only expected but mandatory} 3. The candidate will be running sales initiatives from start to end i.e. bring people to demo, partner with solutions team on demo, convert the first time buyers of our services into repeat clients, a lot of follow ups with single objective create happy customers. {Message - You need to have very sharp clarity on what is the role of sales and what are non-sales activities.} 4. For initial few months, senior management at company will provide support and knowledge to get you off ground and supply you with the industry knowledge. {Message - Don't fear the industry per se - we will make you comfortable as long as your as self-motivated. Ability to run discovery sessions (support from the tech team available) with customers while managing and leading the sales cycle. The candidate will be interacting with top-level executives at R&amp;D departments. Organizations targeted as clients will have hierarchy with different stakeholders, decision makers and administrative staff. The candidate needs to have experience and self-confidence to chalk out the structure and build associations with the influencers, consumers and approval authorities within the organization. You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs {Message - Polished approach to mapping the hierarchy, who to talk to and which team member to involve is required} 7. The candidate should be highly skilled in interacting with the clients over phone and emails (good content on emails is one of the most valued skill ). The candidate will fill in daily, weekly and monthly sales sheets to create tracking of his accounts and very frequent discussions with the manager. You will be also involved in CRM software based updates to keep a tab on pulse of the client that is shared with the manager. Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. Intelligence and the ability to get the work done are two important traits we look for in all candidates. - You have 10+ years of selling (enterprise selling) in the international market. - You have proven skill-set in doing demos to C-Level executives. - You have awesome discovery skills to uncover pain points, how to ask questions, when to ask etc. to spark interest in our solutions. - You have ability to run multi-threaded sales cycles with multiple personas with large enterprises. - You are disciplined in sales role that enables extreme ownership of your accounts, on-boarding with our services, pipeline management, win rate calculations etc. - You have awesome communication skills (can- t stress more on this), specially written communication and creative copywriting.
