An ideal candidate should come with 1) 5 to 10 years in sales and account management, with minimum 2 years of team management experience 2) Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Thinking on the feet and good flair to convince customers and internal stakeholders. 3) Excellent listening and presentation skills 4) Solid analytics skills and good knowledge of Excel. 5) Ability to travel extensively.- Network in the hotel industry a plus
