Job Profile
- Conceptualizing strategies to maintain and enhance the central level relationships with Banks, National Distributors & IFA segment for the division.
- New product ideation.
- Empaneling the product in distribution channels across wealth management outfits, banks and other advisory set-ups.
- Drive Sales through a team spread across various locations in the country.
- Responsible for the overall profitability of the PMS business unit.
- Devising & implementing the sales, product, distribution strategies for discretionary portfolio management services/AIF across both verticals.
- Ensuring sales initiatives are aligned as per annual budget/plan.
- Conducting marketing research & data analysis, providing market intelligence to senior management and tracking P&L impact of various sales campaigns.
- Overseeing negotiation and implementation of commercials with sales partners for the division.
- Directing, and driving the regions/ locations and Relationship Managers across India to ensure implementation of strategic plans and achievement of sales targets.
- Developing pitch tailor-made solutions for private clients and formulating strategies for boutique wealth management setups.
- To build, manage and lead a team of product Sales specialists.
