Director - Sales & Operations - Internet/eCommerce

Job Description :

Candidate will manage entire operations, Inside Sales, Customer Success, Fulfillment, alternate sales channel (DSA). He will lead team of different business units head. The leader with great communication & personality & ability to get work done; capable of managing 10x growth in 2/3 years

- Responsible for complete operations including inside sales, fulfillment, sales channel, demand, supply, quality management, technology, logistics, commercials, maintenance, customer success, customer care, customer experience etc.

- Grow operations to next level

- Set up and manage operations of new business units, learn & adapt to market dynamics, understand the pulse of business in different locations

- Implement best systems, controls, processes & practices

- Provide leadership to team, build macro management thinking, systematically introduce innovative processes & systems for productivity gains

- Plan implementation & by pre-empting customer needs; liaise with all out-sourced agencies, vendors, principals
