Job Location : Bangalore Experience Required : - Demonstrated high problem-solving abilities in the past roles - 6-10 years experience in Sales MIS, Incentive design in edtech, pharma, d2c sales, management consulting firms - Graduates from tier-1 B-schools - Demonstrated ability to lead without authority and closely working with diverse stakeholders Job Description : - Design and implement target setting methodologies and promptly roll out targets for the sales team working with the business leadership and the sales leadership team - Plan, design and implement incentive programs for the Sales team - Analyse month on month incentive payouts, recommend and take required action - Design and Implement weekly, daily, monthly sales performance reports - Provide analytical reports based on sales and efforts data to gain insights and draw future/ corrective action plan - Plan and organize reward and sales motivation schemes and awards for the sales team. - Design and implement different sales dashboards required for effective monitoring, tracking of effectiveness of the sales team - To work with the sales leadership team, business team for the right capacity planning of the sales team Veena
